Plastic Injection Moulding Machine

Twin screw extruder

Plastic Scrap Grinder
Malik Engineers manufactures Well-Grind Series plastic scrap grinder in blade sizes of 175 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm and 375 mm, with corresponding motor power of 1 HP, 5 HP, 7.5 HP and 10 HP. Sheet Moulding
Enduron is a compression and transfer mouldable material that consists of thermosetting phenolic resin and high performance fibres. It provides high modulus, toughness, and flammability advantages in thin walled electronic products enclosure applications. The material is available with carbon, aramid, or fibreglass reinforcement. High stiffness and inherent strength allow designers to specify wall thickness as thin as 1.0 mm.

Scrap Winder
Imperial Products of India offers a scrap winder, which is useful for winding the scrap generated by blanking on the power press. It avoids handling problem of this scrap material. The machine has independent drive and is actuated by the loop control system, its speed is automatically synchronised with the line speed of the strip. If the power press has motorised decoder, feeder and scrap winder then it becomes a fully automatic operation. The machine is a heavy duty steel fabricated structure with motor, worm reduction gearbox, two limit switches and loop control system. The drum is expandable manually and hydraulically with snubber on the drum to avoid daring of coil.

Rubber Moulding Presses
